New Build & Self Build Design
New homes are notorious for feeling empty and cookie cutter in how they look. But it doesn't have to be that way. As a designer who specialises in adding character to new build properties, I know you're feeling overwhelmed, excited and just not sure where to start. You have a whole house to design after all.​
THE PROCESS
You don't have to buy character properties to have a home with personality! This package will have you walking away with a design plan for every living space and bedroom(s), layouts for you to follow and a shopping list to make the move all that much easier.

As it's brand new, it's also the time to get it in shape with storage, organisation and the perfect layouts. So we'll include bespoke and clever storage designs that you can build into your home as and when you're ready.
​
We'll start by understanding what you want to achieve and your tastes, then deliver your project in stages. This package has everything you need to make your new build feel like home fast!

LET'S MEET!
Once we have your go ahead, we'll send over our welcome questionnaire. This will get you to tell us all about yourself, your home and the goals you want to achieve with this project!

After you send back the questionnaire, we'll review and schedule 60 minutes to truly get to know you and your goals.
DESIGN CONCEPT DELIVERED
This is the fun part! You'll be getting excited to see all your ideas come to life, and I'll get to flex that creative muscle to bring together your proposal.

The concept will be delivered to you via email, in pdf form, and you'll have up to 2 revisions at this point.
LET'S MEET AGAIN
This is where we get to say hi in person / virtually again to go through the overall concept and ​
​
By the end of this meeting, we'll have the overall themes, moodboards, colour schemes and furniture options all agreed.
You'll have a revision at this stage if there is anything you'd like to change.
DESIGN DETAILS DELIVERED
This is as it says in the name - the details part. ​
​
Now we'll start to create your final pack with all the drawings, documents and dimensions you need to bring the vision to life with your trades.
POST PROJECT SUPPORT
You're not alone after we've delivered your concept. You'll have:
- 1 month of contact time with me via email
- 1 revision of the design
This is to ensure you're as happy as can be with the final result!
